Cornwall Central School District has a tradition of setting the highest standard of excellence in educating its students.  Providing each child with the tools to develop to his or her highest potential begins in kindergarten and continues until graduation from our state-of-the-art high school. The opportunities to learn and grow are many!  They vary from college level and Advanced Placement courses in the high school to enrichment programs that begin at the elementary level and include science inquiry at Black Rock Forest. We offer extensive opportunities in music such as All-County Chorus and Band, Jazz Band, Strings Program and Select Choir.  In drama and art we offer full-scale theatrical productions from K-12, studio art courses and Festival of the Arts programs from K-12.  Our athletic program is second to none with over 1,000 varsity letters awarded each year and multiple Section IX and division championships achieved annually.

Although it is difficult to put a price tag on value, our school district places a priority on maintaining this level of excellence with a close focus on using our resources wisely.  Our vision is to expand the opportunities for an ever-growing student population while maintaining our tradition of the highest level of excellence.
