Hudson Valley School Food Service Directors Coalition: Steven E. Pinelli Memorial Scholarship, Elvalee Woodside Memorial Scholarship, Mavourneen a. Hubbard Scholarship, Deadline April 24th, 2024

Three (3) separate $1500.00 scholarships will be awarded to three best Senior applicants planning to attend an institution of higher education with a major course of study in Food Service, Hospitality, Hotel Management or Dietetics.

Hudson Valley Latino Scholarship deadline April 26, 2024

Kathy and Tony Ferraro RiverFest Scholarship deadline May 1, 2024

The scholarship will be awarded to a Cornwall High school graduating senior who has demonstrated a commitment to community service.

Women of Woodbury Scholarship deadline May 1, 2024

Open to all seniors living in the village or town of Woodbury.

The William J. Larkin III Leadership Scholarship deadline May 1, 2024

This scholarship will be awarded to a CCHS graduating senior who demonstrates the characteristics that Attorney Bill Larkin was known for: leadership, community service, and above all kindness.

Mediacom Entrepreneur of Tomorrow Award deadline May 1, 2024

The Mediacom Entrepreneur of Tomorrow Award is presented to one graduating senior from each high school in Orange County. The award is intended to honor academically successful high school students who exemplify the same entrepreneurial spirit as Mediacom’s Founder, Rocco B. Commisso.

Chic Sciple Cooper Journalism Award deadline May 1, 2024

This scholarship is awarded to a Cornwall Central High School senior who plans on pursuing a career in journalism or English.

St. Luke’s Cornwall Auxiliary Scholarship deadline May 1, 2024

To provide financial assistance to two graduating high school students planning  to pursue a career in a health-related field and who are the son/daughter of a Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall employee or an active Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall volunteer.

Albert M. Berkelhamer Memorial Scholarship deadline May 1, 2024

To provide financial assistance to one graduating high school student who has completed 50 hours of volunteer service at Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall and has demonstrated scholastic achievement.

Gift of Life Scholarship deadline May 1, 2024

To provide financial assistance to one graduating high school student planning to pursue a career in the field of nursing and who should be the son/daughter of a Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall employee or an active Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall volunteer.

Dr. Ernest G. Stillman Memorial Scholarship deadline May 1, 2024

One scholarship will be awarded to a candidate who plans to pursue a career in the medical field.

The Cornwall Lions Club Memorial scholarship is open to all Cornwall Central High School seniors with an emphasis placed on service activities in your school and community.

Victor Pavek Memorial Scholarship deadline May 3, 2024

The Victor Pavek Memorial Scholarship is open to all Cornwall Central High School seniors. Preference is given to students who have participated in community service activities and volunteered at school and in the community.

Orange County Tavern and Restaurant Association deadline May 5, 2024

The Orange County Tavern and Restaurant Association sponsors annual scholarship awards to graduating seniors that plan on attending an accredited collage as a full-time student in the food and beverage industry. The purpose of the scholarship is to assist a deserving student in receiving food service, vocational, or restaurant/hospitality management training beyond the high school level.

Leo Fanning Memorial Scholarship deadline May 8, 2024

The Leo Fanning Memorial Scholarship is open to Cornwall Central High School seniors who have participated in band or chorus for at least one semester.

Hudson River Lodge No. 309 F&AM Scholarship deadline May 10, 2024

Scholarships are awarded for academic excellence and community service.

CUSC - Patrick Harding Memorial Scholarship deadline May 10, 2024

The Cornwall United Soccer Club will award the Patrick Harding Memorial Scholarship to a graduating Cornwall High School senior. A minimum of one $1000 and two $500 scholarships will be awarded.

CUSC - Brian Billard Memorial Scholarship  2024 deadline May 13, 2024

The Cornwall United Soccer Club will award the Brian Billard Memorial Scholarship to a graduating Cornwall High School senior who has demonstrated academic achievement and also demonstrated a commitment to the support of the soccer club through volunteerism and participation over a number of years.

Awarded to a Cornwall High School senior who plans to pursue a degree in Mathematics related field at a post-secondary institution.

Frank N Tschan Memorial Scholarship deadline May 15, 2024

Awarded to a Cornwall High School senior who has an academic achievement of 90 for 3 ½ years.

Cornwall Administrators Association Scholarship deadline May 15, 2024

This scholarship is offered to a graduating senior whose parent or guardian is an active or retired educator.

The CJM Plumbing-Kieran McGann Memorial Scholarship deadline May 15, 2024 

Chris McGann is a 2005 graduate of Cornwall Central High School. Chris successfully completed the CTEC program and opened his own plumbing business right here in Cornwall. Chris credits the start of his success to his dad Neal McGann, his uncles, the hardworking teachers and staff at CCHS and the CTEC program. To honor his dad and the memory of his Uncle Kieran McGann, Chris is donating (2) scholarships in the amount of $1000 each to two students who have successfully completed the CTEC program.

Cornwall Community Foundation – Glen McGinnis Scholarship deadline May 17, 2024

Cornwall Community Foundation will present the Glen McGinnis Memorial Scholarship to a Cornwall Central High School graduating senior in the class of 2024. This $1,000 scholarship was generously donated by the McGinnis family, and will be awarded to a student-athlete in good academic standing who exemplifies pride in his/her community and Cornwall Central High School.

Lia’s Life Legacy Scholarship deadline May 19, 2024

This scholarship is in memory of Lia A Berardinelli and is open to all Cornwall High School Seniors.

LHCSPA Scholarship 2024 deadline May 28, 2024 This memorial scholarship has been established in memory of the fine educators who have made a difference in the lives of the students they serve.  Each school district may nominate ONE (1) student essay writer from the 2024 high school graduating class who captures the essence of why a teacher or educator of their choice deserves to be recognized as an outstanding educator.
