A premier district in a bucolic setting that includes the Hudson River and Storm King Mountain, the District serves approximately 3,000 students from Cornwall, Cornwall-on-Hudson, and small portions of New Windsor and Woodbury. With a dedicated and committed staff, and graduates attending selective colleges, the District is a source of pride in the community .

The Cornwall Central School District actively recruits substitute teachers on a rolling basis throughout the school year.  Prospective candidates should complete an application in RecruitFront as well as OLAS.  Human Resources will review applications every six (6) to eight (8) weeks and invite potential candidates to District Office for an interview with the Director of Human Resources.  All candidates should have updated references that may be contacted, including a recent supervisor.  Additionally, all candidates must be fingerprinted before any Board appointment is made.
