Superintendent Goals and Key Results

    • Goal 1: Analyze results from the 2024 CCSD Engagement Survey and provide leadership to develop and support strategies resulting in improvement in identified areas.
      • Key Result 1 – Collaborate with administrators and staff to identify 3 areas to celebrate and 3 areas of growth for each school building and the district overall.
      • Key Result 2 – Collaborate with administrators and staff to develop strategies and action plans to address identified areas of growth.
      • Key Result 3 – Progress monitor the strategies and action plans over the course of the school year.
      • Key Result 4 – Administer the 2025 CCSD Engagement Survey and compare the resultswith the 2024 survey results.
    • Goal 2: In collaboration with the CCSD DEI committee, develop and begin to implement a plan to ensure equitable access and opportunity in order to promote greater achievement for ALL students.
      • Key Result 1 – Work in collaboration with a steering committee to facilitate sub-committee group meetings throughout the school year.
      • Key Result 2 – Facilitate CCSD DEI committee meetings, with a primary focus on developing a plan for the Board’s review and consideration.
      • Key Result 3 – Provide the Board with updates as needed over the course of the school year.
    • Goal 3: Decrease the number of chronically absent students across the district by at least 5% for the 2024-25 school year.
      • Key Result 1 – Analyze the district’s chronic absenteeism rates both pre- and post-pandemic to identify trends at the elementary, middle and high school levels.
      • Key Result 2 – Work in collaboration with school building and district administrators to determine strategies to address chronic absenteeism.
      • Key Result 3 – Progress monitor the strategies over the course of the school year.
