Work Order Policy

  • When you need the services of the tech department, please open a work order. Work orders ensure that repairs are expedited and that the appropriate person is assigned to each issue. It is important for us to maintain a record of repairs and issues, and to document the steps taken for each resolution. Please do this before reaching out to us so that you can reference the incident number.  

    ***Please refrain from opening multiple work orders for the same issue***

Repairs

    1. Please include all of the following information (if available) on work orders for Chromebook/iPad repairs:
      • CCSD IT Tag Number (barcode label)
      • Make, Model, Serial Number
      • Cart Number
      • Building/Room Location
    2. Please print out a copy of the work order, after you click on submit (if you print it before this, the WO number will not be included), and attach it to the Chromebook/iPad. 
    3. Send the item to your buildings' designated drop off point.
