To submit hours, please use the online log form and also the verification sheets.
When completed, hand in the verification sheet to Student Services. Both steps must be complete.
If you are completing the 200 hour diploma endorsement (old requirement), please use the above links to complete your hours. Please also remember you must apply and submit a reflection form (See Community Service Diploma Endorsements).
If you are completing the new School, Community and World Diploma Endorsement, you only need to submit 20 hours on the online log form for graduation purposes. From there, you must follow the guidelines found in the application (See Community Service Diploma Endorsements).
